This process mainly applies to copyrighted content under U.S. law (the Digital Millennium Copyright Act). If you're writing from Mexico or elsewhere, email beo@beoriginal.id anyway and we'll resolve it through whatever process fits — you don't need to cite U.S. law for us to take it seriously.

What this covers
Specific content on beoriginal.id (for example, a product image) that you believe infringes your copyright.
How to send a valid notice
Your notice should include:
- your signature (physical or electronic),
- identification of the copyrighted work,
- identification of the infringing content on our site (URL or exact description),
- your contact information,
- a statement that you're acting in good faith and that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
Send it all to beo@beoriginal.id with the subject line “DMCA”.
What we do once we receive it
We review the notice and, if valid, remove or disable access to the flagged content, and notify whoever uploaded it (if applicable).
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your identification, the content removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have the right to use it.

Repeat infringement
Brand accounts with confirmed repeat infringements may be suspended.
