The only two cookies we use

We use exactly two cookies:

• “lang” — remembers whether you prefer the site in Spanish or English. Lasts 1 year.
• The brand panel session cookie — keeps a brand's staff logged in while active. Deleted on logout or expiry.

Neither one identifies the consumer scanning a product.

What we don't use

Advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, third-party analytics that profile users, or anything we sell or share with advertisers.

Can I block them?

Yes. Blocking the “lang” cookie just means we detect your language from the browser every time. Blocking the session cookie logs you out of the brand panel — the public scanner works the same without either one.

Changes

If we ever add a new cookie (say, for aggregated, anonymous analytics), we'll list it here before turning it on.
