Intellectual Property
Copying the label doesn't copy the evidence.
BeOriginal®, the correlated dual-QR verification technology, and this platform are protected. This page explains what that protection covers and what to do if you spot misuse.

What's ours
The BeOriginal® brand, the correlated dual-QR mechanism (patent pending), the scanner and panel software, and the physical label design.
What belongs to the client brand
A product's name, images and story belong to the brand that registers it. We display them to provide the service; we don't use them for anything else without permission.
What you can't do with our technology
Reproduce, clone or manufacture labels that resemble BeOriginal's, generate fake QR codes that imitate ours, or reverse-engineer the correlation mechanism between the visible and hidden QR.
If you see a suspicious label or QR
Scan it: if it's a copy, the verdict will say so. If you think someone is cloning BeOriginal labels or spoofing our QRs (for example, a fake link imitating our domain), report it to beo@beoriginal.id with screenshots and, if you can, where you saw it.
What we do once we confirm a case
We alert the brand that owns the product, document the pattern (codes involved, location, frequency), and — if warranted — start the corresponding legal process. Every reuse alert the system generates is timestamped evidence.
Third-party claims
If you believe content on beoriginal.id infringes your intellectual property (for example, a product image), follow the process in our DMCA Policy.
